1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or purchasing goods from Amber ("Platform", "we", "us"), you enter into a legally binding agreement under the laws of Nepal. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
2. Customer Account Obligations
You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date contact information and valid Nepali mobile phone coordinates. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
3. Ordering & Quality Standards
Amber curates lifestyle, tech, and artisanal items. For craft pieces, subtle differences in organic leather patina, natural dye variations, and stitching are natural marks of production.
4. Payments, COD & VAT
All prices are stated in Nepalese Rupees (NPR / Rs.) and include 13% Value Added Tax (VAT) where required. Supported payment modes include Cash on Delivery (COD) and Fonepay QR Dynamic Slip verification.
5. Delivery & Shipping Rates
Inside Kathmandu Valley delivery is flat Rs. 100 (or free above threshold). Outside Valley standard courier delivery is flat Rs. 200. Orders are dispatched with tracked courier services.
6. Returns & Lifetime Stitch Warranty
Customers may initiate a return or exchange request via the tracking portal within 7 days of delivery for unworn goods. Core leather and lifestyle pieces carry our lifetime stitching repair warranty.
7. Limitation of Liability
Amber is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from unforeseen third-party logistics disruptions.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
